By accessing or using Ashtro ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Ashtro is an AI-powered platform that provides astrology-based guidance through chat conversations with AI astrologer personas, covering areas such as Vedic astrology, KP, Lal Kitab, Nadi, Western astrology, numerology, face and palm reading, tarot, matchmaking, career, love, remedies (upay), and vastu.

All readings and responses are AI-generated and are intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, psychological, or investment advice. Users should exercise their own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making any significant decisions.

3. Wallet System & Payments

• Users may add money to an in-app wallet through our payment gateway.
• Wallet balance is used exclusively to pay for consultations with astrologer personas on the Platform, billed on a per-minute basis.
• Wallet top-ups, once successfully credited, are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
• Wallet balance has no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to make payments on Ashtro.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt its services.
• Any photos or personal details you upload (e.g., for face or palm readings) are provided voluntarily and at your discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ashtro, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content or guidance provided through the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Ashtro available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
